# UnifiedWriter v5.65.1 Development Menu Note

v5.65.1 introduced the top-level `Development` menu.  v5.65.2 corrected its responsibility boundary, and v5.65.3 removed the redundant first-level Macros submenu.

The corrected rule is:

- `Development` is for EndUser macro/script authoring, inspection, conversion and execution.
- Internal UnifiedWriter package-development diagnostics remain under `Help` during development builds.
- Those Help diagnostics are product-build removal candidates once they are covered by documentation and regression reports.
